Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification or licensure as a school psychologist

- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education and behavior intervention plans

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational assessments to support student learning and emotional well-being
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement intervention strategies
- Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services to students
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Offer professional development and support for faculty regarding student mental health issues and positive behavioral interventions
- Maintain accurate, confidential records in accordance with school policies
