School Psychologist - Seattle, Washington

Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid certification/licensure for School Psychology in Washington State
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and evaluations
- Strong knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families
- Experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) a plus
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement intervention strategies to support student learning and behavior
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to design individualized plans
- Lead or participate in meetings related to student eligibility, progress, and educational planning
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation as needed
- Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and timelines
