Your role will focus on providing comprehensive evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations for students across all grade levels. You’ll play an integral part in attending 504 Plan meetings and providing essential guidance to the special education team, helping shape plans that enable every student to thrive.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification
- Experience conducting evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations in a school setting
- Strong understanding of K–12 special education processes and 504 Plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively onsite for 37.5 hours each week
Responsibilities:
- Perform timely and thorough psychological evaluations and assessments for students in grades K–12
- Participate in developing and reviewing 504 Plans, collaborating with educators and families
- Offer expertise and support to special education staff during intervention planning and eligibility determinations
- Document findings, maintain accurate records, and comply with confidentiality guidelines
- Serve as a valued resource, helping to create a positive and accommodating learning environment
