Make an impact supporting students as a dedicated part-time School Psychologist on a contract basis. This onsite role is located near Shawnee, KS and provides the opportunity to collaborate with school staff, students, and families to foster student success and well-being over the course of a rewarding semester.
Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with K-12 student populations
- Comprehensive understanding of educational assessments, interventions, and behavioral support
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for teams, families, and students
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and address diverse student needs
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychological and educational assessments
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to coordinate care
- Providing direct support and intervention for students with identified needs
- Assisting with crisis intervention and prevention services as needed
- Maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with all regulations
