Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid New Mexico PED School Psychologist License
- Proven skills in assessment, consultation, and intervention strategies
- Strong commitment to student advocacy and success
- Ability and willingness to travel between campuses within the district
- Experience managing evaluation caseloads is highly valued
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time management capabilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough psychoeducational assessments for an average of 30–40 evaluations
- Collaborate with educational teams, families, and administrators to design and implement effective intervention plans
- Deliver consultative services supporting academic and behavioral progress of students
- Help develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Travel between multiple school sites to provide consistent on-site services district-wide
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with professional and legal standards
This position is full-time, offering 37.5 hours each week, with an assignment running from ASAP through late May 2027.
