Key Qualifications:
- Valid and active Department of Education certification for School Psychologists
- Must be able to complete required fingerprinting as part of credentialing
- Previous experience in school-based psychological services is strongly preferred
- Flexible and adaptable, with strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness and eligibility to support students across a variety of campuses (number of schools may vary by assignment)
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and develop intervention strategies for K-12 students (exact age groups and caseloads to be determined)
- Offer consultation, crisis intervention, and support to staff and families
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop, review, and monitor IEPs
- Provide counseling, skill-building, and behavior management services as necessary
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided
- Option to request a 4/1 hybrid schedule if you meet the district’s specified qualifications
