- Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
- Ability to interpret and integrate data from a variety of sources

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide counseling and intervention services for students dealing with academic, emotional, or behavioral challenges
- Consult with teachers and staff to design positive behavioral interventions and supports
- Partner with families and community agencies to coordinate services and enhance student outcomes
- Support crisis intervention and provide guidance for school-wide mental health initiatives
