Key Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist
  • Experience in administering and interpreting psychoeducational assessments
  • Familiarity with MTSS, RTI, and special education processes in K-12 environments
  • Strong skills in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
  • Excellent communication and report writing abilities
  • Ability to effectively organize a caseload and prioritize tasks

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments to support eligibility determinations and interventions
  • Work through the existing backlog of referrals and evaluations for ESY and regular year students
  • Participate in IEP meetings by presenting findings and making data-driven recommendations
  • Provide consultative services to school staff and families regarding academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports
  • Develop individualized intervention strategies and assist in progress monitoring
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with district and state timelines
  • Support a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students
