Make a meaningful impact by supporting students across K-12 in a dynamic contract opportunity for the upcoming school year. This on-site role is based near Sunnyvale, CA and involves working with a dedicated team to meet the diverse needs of students. The assignment starts August 10, 2026, and goes through June 10, 2027 – with a strong possibility of extending into the next academic year.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services as needed
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with educational guidelines
- Offer recommendations for interventions and accommodations
- Serve as a resource for emotional, social, and behavioral needs within the school community
- Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply, though not required
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in School Psychology
- Current state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience in school settings serving K-12 populations
- Strong communication, assessment, and report writing skills
- Ability to foster relationships with students, staff, and families
