A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist specializing in telehealth services to support K-12 students remotely. This role involves conducting psychological assessments, providing counseling, and collaborating with educators and families to develop tailored intervention plans that promote students' emotional and academic well-being.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering psychological evaluations and interpreting results to identify student needs.
- Delivering telehealth counseling sessions that address behavioral, emotional, and social challenges.
- Consulting with teachers, parents, and school staff to formulate effective support strategies.
- Maintaining detailed documentation in compliance with educational and legal guidelines.
- Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contributing professional recommendations.
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Valid licensure or certification to practice as a School Psychologist.
- Experience providing telehealth psychological services to children and adolescents.
- Strong knowledge of educational laws, mental health interventions, and developmental psychology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for virtual collaboration.
