Remote School Psychologist | Tennessee
A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist specializing in telehealth services within a school setting. This role supports students' mental health and learning needs through remote psychological assessment and intervention.
Location: Clarksville, TN (telehealth services)
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting virtual psychological evaluations to identify students' learning and emotional challenges
- Providing telehealth counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Collaborating with educators and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions accordingly
- Maintaining accurate records and complying with confidentiality regulations
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid license or certification to practice as a school psychologist in Tennessee
- Experience delivering psychological services through telehealth platforms
- Strong knowledge of special education laws and assessment tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while managing a remote caseload
