Remote School Psychologist | Delaware
Providing telehealth psychological services to a diverse student population across multiple school levels, this role supports students from preschool through high school, including those with special education needs. The assignment offers full-time hours, approximately 37.5 per week, from the start date as soon as possible through June 10th, with professional development days included.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting teletherapy and telehealth assessments and interventions for students.
- Administering testing, particularly for elementary-level students, with a focus on special education services.
- Collaborating remotely with special education coordinators and school psychologists.
- Managing caseloads across one or limited school sites, with possible split assignments in elementary settings.
- Adhering to district guidelines and engaging in provided onboarding and professional development activities.
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Licensed or license-pending School Psychologist credentials, with support available for transferring licensure to Delaware.
- Experience delivering telehealth and teletherapy services.
- Familiarity with assessment and intervention for a wide range of student needs, including special education.
- Ability to handle testing-intensive assignments as needed.
- Flexibility and strong communication skills to coordinate remotely with a multidisciplinary team.
This position offers the opportunity to work within a large educational district featuring a continuum of special education services and a variety of school settings, including a special school serving students with medical, intellectual disabilities, and emotional needs.
