Remote School Psychologist | Massachusetts
A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist specializing in telehealth services, supporting students within a school setting in Quincy, MA. This role focuses on delivering psychological assessments, counseling, and consultative support through virtual platforms, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations remotely to assess students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Provide telehealth counseling sessions to students, addressing social, emotional, and academic challenges.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of assessments, interventions, and communications.
- Offer consultation regarding behavioral interventions and strategies for remote learning environments.
- Participate in virtual meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions to advocate for student well-being.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Proven experience delivering telehealth psychological services in an educational context.
