Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Active Tennessee licensure as a School Psychologist, or eligibility to obtain
- Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and psycho-educational evaluations for students
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Support multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and crisis intervention efforts
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with state and federal guidelines
