Qualifications:
- California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in School Psychology required
- Previous experience working with adolescents or high school populations preferred
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and best practices in educational settings
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and write clear, actionable reports
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans for students
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on student needs and recommended supports
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other professionals to promote student well-being
- Deliver counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
- Maintain accurate, organized documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
