The typical week consists of 34.75 hours—including six hours and forty-five minutes per day with a 30-minute lunch break, as well as participation in a weekly hour-long staff meeting. Qualifications and Experience:
- Current certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Prior experience in school-based settings highly preferred
- Expertise in conducting psychological and academic evaluations
- Ability to manage caseloads spanning both elementary and high school levels
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams
- Flexible approach to adapt to students’ diverse needs
- Open to part-time or full-time availability
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete student evaluations for elementary and high school students
- Provide consultations to teachers and staff on student needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and 1-hour weekly staff meeting
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records
- Support individualized education plan (IEP) development and implementation
