Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for elementary school students
- Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, parents, and support staff
- Provide counseling and consultative support to help students achieve academic and social-emotional success
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
