- Solid understanding of conducting educational and psychological evaluations
- Strong counseling and case management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build rapport with diverse student populations
- Comfortable utilizing technology for hybrid service delivery (in-person and remote)
- Effective communicator and collaborative team player
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and small group counseling to approximately 10 high school students on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule
- Conduct a total of 28 psychological and academic evaluations throughout the school year
- Collaborate with educators, families, and administration regarding progress and strategies
- Provide crisis intervention and contribute to the development of intervention plans
- Maintain accurate records and comprehensive evaluation reports
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and other multidisciplinary team sessions
- Utilize both on-site and virtual platforms as needed for service flexibility
