You’ll have an immediate impact, performing essential autism (AU) and educational (EU) evaluations for a dedicated caseload.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid credential or eligibility as a School Psychologist in Texas
- Demonstrated experience with autism (AU) assessments and educational (EU) evaluations
- Strong understanding of special education laws, assessment tools, and best practices
- Excellent communication and consultation skills with educators, students, and families
- Proficient with collaborative problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 66 AU (Autism) evaluations and 19 EU (Educational) evaluations throughout the school year
- Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary teams for IEP development and intervention planning
- Maintain accurate and ethical documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
- Facilitate and interpret psychoeducational assessments
- Deliver crisis intervention and contribute to proactive school-wide supports
