- Knowledge of best practices for pre-referral, assessment, and data-driven decision making
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
- Ability to travel between two elementary locations during the school week
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver a broad spectrum of onsite psychological services for elementary students
- Create, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans
- Provide guidance and training to staff on proactive behavior management techniques
- Conduct pre-referral interventions and participate actively in the evaluation process for student support services
- Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings to support student growth and well-being
- Work closely with school teams to ensure compliance with special education requirements
