School Psychologist in Windsor, VT

This contract opportunity spans from late August through mid-June, aligning with the academic calendar and offering the chance to work closely with staff and families throughout the school year. You'll engage across various age groups, providing a diverse and rewarding professional experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current School Psychologist certification valid in Vermont
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong knowledge of assessment, intervention, and counseling practices in academic settings
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with educators, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive environment for students of all backgrounds and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students, including evaluations for academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and support strategies
- Provide counseling services, crisis intervention, and consultation as needed
- Assist in the development of programs to improve student outcomes and school climate
- Support data-driven decision-making to promote student success
This is a full-time contract position (35–37.5 hours per week) running from August 2026 to June 2027. Enhance your experience with exposure to all grade levels across multiple school environments.
