- A master’s or specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid School Psychologist licensure or certification in Minnesota (or eligible)
- Previous experience in a K-12 school environment preferred
- Strong skills in assessments, interventions, and consultation
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs and 504 plans
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization abilities
- Compassion, flexibility, and cultural competence
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and write reports
- Collaborate on MTSS/RTI teams and contribute to data-based decision making
- Offer direct and indirect services to students, including counseling and interventions
- Participate in IEP, eligibility, and intervention meetings
- Support crisis prevention and response as needed
- Promote positive school climate and student well-being through outreach and training
- Consult with teachers, families, and school staff regarding student needs and supports
