School Psychologist - Arlington, Virginia

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology required
- Active and valid state license as a School Psychologist
- Solid experience conducting psychological assessments and counseling
- Ability to contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptable to both local and travel assignments
- Effective communicator with students, families, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' academic and emotional needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, developing intervention strategies
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to support student growth
- Maintain detailed records and documentation according to state and district guidelines
