Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology
- Active Virginia School Psychologist license or credential
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
- Background in conducting evaluations, participating in IEP and eligibility meetings
- Excellent written communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations
- Complete assessments for special education eligibility
- Interpret testing results and prepare comprehensive written reports
- Participate in eligibility, IEP, and parent meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administration
- Support behavior intervention planning and student-centered services
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and adhere to timelines
