- Conducting comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations for students
- Completing assessments necessary for determining special education eligibility
- Interpreting assessment results and composing detailed, objective written reports
- Actively participating in eligibility, IEP, and parent meetings as a valued team member
- Collaborating with teachers, special education staff, and administrators to support student needs
- Contributing to behavior intervention planning and providing student-focused support services
- Ensuring all documentation remains accurate, timely, and fully compliant
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology
- Current, active Virginia School Psychologist license or credential
- Prior experience working within school settings preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with psychoeducational evaluations, IEPs, and eligibility meetings
- Strong skills in report writing and professional collaboration
