Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students across district schools
- Offer crisis intervention and counseling to support students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional development
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design individualized education and behavioral intervention plans
- Facilitate and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, providing expert input and recommendations
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Advocate for inclusive practices and cultural responsiveness in all interactions
