Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active School Psychologist license (Colorado or eligible for transfer)
- Previous experience working with elementary school students preferred
- Strong knowledge of special education assessment processes, laws, and best practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and report-writing skills
- Ability to manage caseload efficiently across multiple sites
- Reliable transportation to commute between the Parker and Franktown schools
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive special education evaluations and re-evaluations for students
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Interpret assessment data and provide actionable recommendations to support student success
- Support school teams with crisis intervention, problem-solving, and behavioral planning
- Attend and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
