School Psychologist - Aurora, Colorado

This on-site, contract opportunity provides rewarding positions for experienced School Psychologists across several campus options and roles. Assignments are available for individuals who are passionate about supporting students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral well-being.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Colorado Department of Education (CO DOE) Special Service Provider (SSP) License with School Psychologist endorsement (School Social Worker acceptable for select options)
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
- At least three years of school-based experience as a School Psychologist
- Strong skills in assessment, counseling, crisis response, and collaboration
- Experience implementing MTSS, PBIS, restorative practices, and substance use interventions preferred for behavioral health roles
- Ability to work across diverse student populations and educational environments
- Fluency in a second language is a plus
- Willingness to commit to the full duration of assignment
Your Role:
- Conduct assessments (cognitive, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive skills) and participate in IEP meetings and MTSS processes
- Provide individual and group counseling to address a variety of student needs
- Support development and implementation of treatment plans and crisis interventions
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and external agencies to support student achievement and well-being
- Maintain detailed case files and progress documentation
- Deliver evidence-based mental health and prevention programs, as applicable
- Empower staff and build capacity through consultation and coaching (behavioral health roles)
- Options available for direct service roles, program-specific placements, and temporary leave coverage across elementary, middle, and high school levels
