- Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and special education guidelines preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student assessments and interpret psychological data
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop individualized education plans
- Provide direct counseling services to students as needed
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support academic and behavioral interventions
- Serve as a resource for crisis prevention and response
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines
