- Master’s, Educational Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology
- Valid Nebraska Special Services Certificate, or eligibility to obtain one
- Nebraska School Psychology Endorsement (or ability to secure through reciprocity)
- Deep understanding of IDEA, special education law, and IEP development
- Demonstrated experience performing psychoeducational assessments and delivering thorough, actionable reports
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Collaborative mindset with a history of working alongside multidisciplinary teams, families, and educational staff
