Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely as a member of the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) and contribute to the IEP process through interpretation of assessment data.
- Support the development of behavioral intervention plans and academic programs tailored to individual student requirements.
- Consult with teachers, parents, administrators, and support personnel to address student learning, behavior, and social-emotional needs.
- Engage collaboratively with external agencies, healthcare providers, and parent organizations.
- Contribute to crisis intervention programs and provide training, guidance, and consultation for students, families, and faculty.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations relating to special education.
- Participate in professional development activities to maintain and grow your expertise.
- Attend meetings as a representative of student services and perform other duties as needed by district leadership.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s, Ed.S., or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid Nebraska Special Services Certificate, or eligibility to obtain.
- School Psychology Endorsement for Nebraska, or ability to secure via reciprocity.
- Recent experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and detailed reports.
- Demonstrated knowledge of IDEA, special education eligibility, and IEP development.
- Collaborative spirit, excellent verbal/written communication skills.
