- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all student interactions
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and learning evaluations for referred students
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to determine eligibility for special education services
- Provide case management services, tracking student progress and supporting individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement effective interventions tailored to student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with state and district requirements
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on special education laws, learning disabilities, and intervention strategies
