Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid New Jersey certification as either a School Psychologist or LDTC
- Experience in evaluations, eligibility determinations, and case management in a school environment
- Strong understanding of special education processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and school staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments for learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Provide expert recommendations to IEP teams regarding services and supports
- Collaborate with educators and families on strategies to promote student success
- Maintain documentation and confidential records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Guide the eligibility determination process and case management for assigned students
