Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with students in grades K–12 (K–5, 6–8, 9–12)
- Strong understanding of developmental, behavioral, and educational psychology
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and consult with multidisciplinary teams
- Organized, flexible, and able to balance several priorities within a school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students’ needs
- Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ academic and social-emotional development
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement effective interventions
- Assist in the creation and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Participate in crisis intervention and response as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with regulations
