What We’re Looking For:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working in school settings with diverse student populations
- Solid grasp of assessment, intervention, and counseling techniques
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with educators, families, and students
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education and behavioral plans
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students referred for services
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to design effective interventions and support plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultative services as needed
- Monitor student progress and adjust supports to maximize achievement and social-emotional growth
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school district policies
