Key Qualifications:
- Holds an active South Carolina School Psychology License
- Experience with K-12 students in diverse educational environments
- Strong background in psychoeducational evaluation and report writing
- Proficient in individual and group counseling for students of varying ages
- Collaborative approach with internal teams, staff, and parents
- Flexible and able to travel to multiple sites within a school district
- Effective communication, time management, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments, observations, and re-evaluations
- Support teams in developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs
- Provide individual and group counseling to support student social-emotional well-being
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families about student needs and interventions
- Assist with crisis management and behavioral intervention development
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise
