Qualifications and Experience:

- Up-to-date knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to special education
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention strategies
- Provide consultation and support for teachers in implementing classroom accommodations and behavioral plans
- Deliver counseling services to students, either one-on-one or in groups, focused on fostering resilience and positive behaviors
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to support student success
- Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in line with district and ethical standards
