Qualifications and Experience:
- Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in Wisconsin
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Proficiency in learning and behavioral assessment, including cognitive, achievement, and social-emotional evaluations
- Prior experience in K-12 school settings preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work both independently and as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to guide educational planning
- Offer expert consultation to teachers, staff, and families regarding student needs and appropriate interventions
- Develop and assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans
- Participate in RTI and MTSS processes, supporting a spectrum of student needs
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as required
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress, fostering teamwork for optimal student outcomes
