Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in Wisconsin
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Expertise in learning/behavioral assessments, including cognitive, achievement, and social-emotional evaluations
- Experience in K-12 school settings highly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Confidence working both independently and in multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret data for student planning
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to advise on interventions
- Develop and support the implementation of IEPs and behavior intervention plans
- Engage in RTI and MTSS processes
- Provide counseling and crisis support to students as needed
- Monitor student progress and maintain comprehensive documentation
