Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Solid understanding of educational assessments, counseling, and intervention strategies
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and educators
- Record of reliability, professionalism, and ethical practice in educational environments
- Prior experience in a K-12 school setting preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for educational planning
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement IEPs and behavior plans
- Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) processes
- Support crisis intervention and assist in developing safe, supportive school climates
- Maintain accurate, confidential records, and complete required documentation in a timely manner
