Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Current California certification/licensure as a School Psychologist

- Strong skills in psychological assessment, counseling, and consultation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of early childhood development and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and record-keeping abilities
Position Responsibilities:
- Administer age-appropriate psychological and behavioral assessments for preschool students
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with staff and families
- Offer direct counseling and intervention services as needed
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster a safe, inclusive environment
- Consult on classroom strategies, behavioral supports, and social-emotional learning
- Participate in meetings, evaluations, and multi-disciplinary teams
