What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Valid Washington School Psychologist License
- Experience working with students in grades K-12 (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work alongside teachers, administrators, and families
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, evaluations, and interpreting test data
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychological and counseling services to students across K-12th grades
- Conduct psycho-educational assessments and interpret results to support student learning and well-being
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor effective IEPs and 504 plans
- Offer crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, and consultation services
- Support teachers and parents by providing insight and strategies for addressing student challenges
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
