Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State School Psychologist License
- Experience or interest in working with students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to support IEP development and student planning
- Offer counseling and intervention services to students on an individual or group basis
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary teams, providing insights and recommendations for student progress
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to address academic, behavioral, and emotional concerns
- Develop and implement evidence-based strategies that promote positive student outcomes
