Key Qualifications:
- Must be a credentialed School Psychologist
- Previous experience as a School Psychologist in a school setting preferred
- Ability to work onsite for all assigned hours
- Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and consultation with students, staff, and families
- Capable of handling a diverse caseload and adapting to students at varying educational levels
Typical Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psycho-educational assessments and interpret evaluation results
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team decisions
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to design interventions and support strategies
- Conduct classroom observations and assist in developing appropriate behavior plans
- Contribute to crisis intervention and support the district’s mental health initiatives
