- Organized, flexible, and adept at managing a varied caseload
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychological services to students, including assessments, intervention recommendations, and participation in IEP meetings
- Consult with educators and families to develop strategies that promote student success both academically and socially
- Deliver individual and small group counseling to address specific emotional, behavioral, or learning needs
- Collaborate in creating safe, inclusive school climates and respond to crisis situations as needed
