We are actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time contract position in Windsor, Colorado. This onsite opportunity offers the chance to support students, staff, and special education programs across multiple school sites throughout the district.
The ideal candidate is passionate about developing effective behavioral supports, collaborating with educational teams, and helping students achieve success in school environments.
Position Details

Key Responsibilities
- Provide district-wide behavioral consultation and support across multiple school campuses.
- Support behavior and autism programs through collaboration with special education teams.
- Conduct and assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Analyze behavioral data and recommend evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families.
- Supervise and support two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Provide coaching and professional development to school staff as needed.
- Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education guidelines.
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Active Colorado BCBA License required.
- Current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credential/authorization required.
- School-based experience preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel between school sites within the district.
