School Psychologist – School-Based Opportunity
Near GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO
A full-time School Psychologist position is available in the GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO area for the 2026–2027 school year. This role involves providing academic, social, emotional, and behavioral support to students to promote personal growth and academic success. The successful candidate will collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to support students' academic, social, and emotional needs.
- Assist students with conflict resolution, behavior management, and coping strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address student concerns and promote success.
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans as needed.
- Support crisis intervention, prevention, and student mental health initiatives.
- Develop and implement school-wide counseling programs that promote student well-being.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
- CO certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain).
- Experience providing counseling services in a K–12 school setting preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis intervention skills.
- Knowledge of student support services, behavioral interventions, and relevant education regulations.
