School Psychologist - Littleton, CO
Take on a rewarding full-time contract opportunity supporting students in a vibrant educational setting from November 1, 2026, through January 29, 2027, as a School Psychologist or School Social Worker. This onsite position is ideal for professionals who are energetic, positive, and able to thoughtfully articulate their expertise and experience. You’ll provide essential mental health and assessment services to approximately 40 students during a maternity leave coverage at a specialized learning center.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid CDE licensure required (must be current or pending at time of start).
- Open to experienced travel professionals who have actively pursued a Colorado license.
- Demonstrated ability to engage positively and energetically with students and staff.
- Strong interview skills—must be able to clearly and confidently share background and professional capabilities.
- School-based experience preferred, either as a School Psychologist or School Social Worker.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational or social-emotional assessments as appropriate for assigned caseload.
- Provide consultation and intervention services to students, teachers, and families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support student learning and well-being.
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and district policies.
- Contribute to IEP meetings and develop intervention plans, as needed.
- Foster a positive, inclusive school environment that supports student growth.
Additional Details:
- ONSITE ONLY—no remote or hybrid option available.
- Full-time, 1.0 FTE during the assignment period.
- Travelers encouraged, provided licensure application is in progress and relocation plans are underway.
