Required Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist credential
- Experience performing assessments, providing counseling, and creating intervention plans
- Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to manage and organize a varied K-12 caseload
- Previous experience in school settings is highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
- Develop and implement IEP and 504 recommendations as part of the multidisciplinary team
- Provide direct counseling and support services to students
- Collaborate with educators and families to promote student success
- Maintain accurate records and report on student progress
- Act as a resource for crisis intervention when needed
