School Psychologist - Florence, Massachusetts

Qualifications and Skills:
- Active Massachusetts School Psychologist credential is required
- Previous experience working with K-12 students is strongly preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and consultation within a school environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to changing student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students across a K-12 caseload
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to determine student needs
- Support the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver individual and group counseling as needed
- Help foster a safe, inclusive, and positive school climate
- Provide consultation and resources to teachers and families
