Desired Qualifications:

- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of IEP procedures and special education law
- Effective communication, collaboration, and consultation skills
- Capacity to perform comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and cognitive needs of students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create intervention strategies
- Consult with educational staff and parents regarding student needs and progress
- Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
- Help foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture
