School Psychologist - Gresham, Oregon

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Oregon state School Psychologist license required
- Ideally at least 3 years of experience providing psychological services within an educational setting
- Demonstrated skill in consultation, IEP facilitation, evaluations, and student counseling
- Comfort working with high school populations
- Ability to build effective relationships with students, staff, and families
- Willingness to attend a pre-screening interview with the Administrative Secretary prior to director interview
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct counseling services and psychological support to high school students
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and evaluations
- Collaborate actively with educators, families, and service providers to support IEP development and facilitate meetings
- Offer consultative support to teachers and staff on effective strategies and interventions
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment
